Darko I don't know what have you done to this image - softened her skin, blurred or something, but it really doesn't work. And MJ is right - you need to make your model feel relaxed and to work for you and with you. Contact with the model is 80% of success in portrait photography. You also need to think in advance well. How you want to shoot, where you want to shoot, what pose/angle fits the model, where you can find more dramatic light, surroundings, what style you want your portrait to be. The preparation is another 19%. And actual taking of the photograph is whats left!;)
